Lead the design and execution of scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing, driving quality across agile releases with Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with user stories and business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and distributed teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on best practices and advanced automation techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on UI and API testing.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
