About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) for multiple cross‑functional teams.
- Coach product owners, developers, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and the Scaled Agile Framework to improve delivery predictability.
- Maintain and optimize the team's workflow in Jira, ensuring clear backlog grooming, accurate sprint metrics, and transparent reporting to leadership.
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high‑quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with the Chief Technologist and senior leadership to align agile processes with the FY2027 transformation goals and core platform evolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in large‑scale, technology‑focused environments.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles with a proven track record of scaling agile practices.
- Expertise in Jira (or similar agile tooling) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills, able to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in team velocity, quality, and predictability.
