Lead Salesforce Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and evolving ServiceTitan’s Salesforce platform, with a deep focus on CPQ and Billing across Sales and Service Clouds, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and enhance platform capabilities.
Ready to be a Titan?
ServiceTitan is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll own the architecture, development, and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce platform — with a deep focus on CPQ and Billing — while collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, raise quality, and push the boundaries of what our Salesforce org can do.
What you'll do:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing
Own and evolve our Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation — including product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, invoicing, and revenue recognition flows
Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
Drive integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware
Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical designs
Apply AI-assisted development tools and techniques to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and solution design
Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, code review standards, and release management processes
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce engineers
Evaluate new Salesforce features and platform releases; make recommendations for adoption
Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
What you'll bring:
7+ years of Salesforce development experience
Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing — including configuration, custom pricing, amendments, renewals, and invoice generation
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and tools like MuleSoft or similar middleware
Familiarity with AI coding assistants and a demonstrated habit of using them to improve productivity and output quality
Nice to Have
