About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best‑practice standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version‑control workflows (Git) to streamline releases and improve deployment reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven leadership experience managing development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and source‑control management using Git.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
