About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Lead architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across the platform.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware, managing data flows and error handling.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, reviewing code, and enforcing best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Service Cloud.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative configuration.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
