About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, and Platform Events.
- Architect and implement Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Queueable Classes, and Schedulable Jobs to support high‑volume, asynchronous processing.
- Develop and maintain robust REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for performance, and refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing mentorship and code reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services, API security, and data modeling.
- Experience with batch processing, queueable jobs, and asynchronous Apex.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
