Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, Apex, and SOQL.
- Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best practices.
- Design and implement REST API integrations and data migration strategies for high‑volume datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, and security to meet functional and compliance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep knowledge of Lightning, Apex, and SOQL.
- Proven track record in building REST API integrations and managing large data volumes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, triggers, and automation tools.
