Lead a team of Salesforce engineers to design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns, while driving best practices, architecture, and continuous delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Guide a team of developers through the full software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑release support.
- Design and implement integration strategies with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality, maintainable releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Proven track record leading development teams and delivering large‑scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and data migration techniques.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DX.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
