About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Lead CRM architecture, establishing coding standards, best practices, and governance for high‑quality, secure solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Agentforce to enable seamless data flow and automation.
- Implement Einstein AI and generative AI models to enhance predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational agents within the platform.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Proven track record with Einstein AI, generative AI, and Agentforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
