QA Engineer
Lead the design and execution of automated quality assurance programs for enterprise banking applications, driving test strategy, tool selection, and continuous integration using Selenium, Java, Python, and Jenkins within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for core banking and investment platforms.
- Lead a team of automation engineers, mentoring best practices and ensuring high code quality.
- Collaborate with product, dev, and QA teams to define test strategy, coverage, and performance benchmarks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and cloud-based test environments.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement of test processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality automation, with a strong background in Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling test frameworks for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
