About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG, ensuring high code coverage and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices, test design, and defect management.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment is a plus.
