About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional QA team, setting testing standards and ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Cypress, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze defect trends, provide root‑cause analysis, and work with stakeholders to prioritize fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced tech environment, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and test automation frameworks; experience with Java or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and test management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
