Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers.
- Lead test strategy, design, and execution for high‑impact digital experiences across attractions, resorts, and cruise lines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to define quality gates and continuous integration pipelines.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Analyze defect trends, provide actionable insights, and drive root‑cause resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA leadership with deep expertise in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, API testing).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) and test data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for delivering world‑class digital experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
