QA Engineer
Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end quality assurance for immersive digital experiences, driving test automation, API validation, and continuous integration across Disney’s global attractions and resorts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Java to cover web, mobile, and API layers.
- Define test strategy, coverage, and metrics for high‑impact digital experiences across attractions, resorts, and cruise lines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure rapid feedback.
- Lead exploratory testing, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigations for critical production incidents.
- Mentor and coach QA teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA leadership with deep experience in test architecture and automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Strong background in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience in large‑scale, mission‑critical digital platforms is a plus.
