- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) to enable rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define quality gates and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in testing and automation.
