QA Engineer
Lead QA Engineer driving test strategy for AI‑powered agentic systems, building automated frameworks with Python, Selenium and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions for life‑science commercial platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end automated testing frameworks for AI‑driven applications, including LLM‑based components.
- Lead a QA team in defining test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for rapid product releases.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and DevOps to identify edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation, code quality, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software quality engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading QA efforts for AI or ML‑enabled products.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with Selenium or similar UI automation tools.
- Deep understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and Large Language Model workflows, enabling effective testing of AI components.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities to drive quality across fast‑paced development cycles.
