Lead QA Automation Engineer with 7‑10 years of experience driving test automation strategy, building robust frameworks in Python, Selenium and Playwright, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines for high‑quality digital products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium and Playwright.
- Lead the creation of end‑to‑end automated test suites for web applications, APIs and micro‑services.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to ensure rapid feedback.
- Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, establishing best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product, development and DevOps teams in Agile ceremonies to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 7‑10 years of professional experience in test automation, with strong Python programming skills.
- Hands‑on expertise in Selenium and Playwright for web UI automation.
- Proven experience automating RESTful API tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, test‑driven development and continuous testing concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
