Lead QA Analyst driving end‑to‑end testing for cutting‑edge clearing systems, from intraday risk management to settlement. Own QA artifacts, coordinate releases, and train users while ensuring rigorous quality standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, system, and development teams to translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
- Own QA artifacts, maintain test documentation, and enforce current quality standards across all testing activities.
- Coordinate and execute manual and automated test runs, track defects, and validate fixes to ensure production readiness.
- Provide hands‑on support for production releases, including risk assessment, rollback procedures, and post‑deployment verification.
- Train end‑users on testing processes, tools, and best practices to promote quality awareness across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in financial or clearing systems environments.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Python).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with intraday risk management, delivery management, and settlement processes is highly desirable.
