Lead Project Engineer - Monadelphous

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all engineering activities for the gas turbine power station, ensuring design integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction scopes, integrating civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, providing regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, including client, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors, to resolve issues and secure approvals.
• Implement BIM workflows for design coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
• Drive safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive project engineering experience in large‑scale power generation or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of BIM, project scheduling (Primavera/ MS Project), and cost control tools.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
