Software Engineer
Lead technical expert in water resources engineering, delivering end‑to‑end hydraulic modelling for water supply networks using Autodesk Innovyze WSPro and supporting wastewater/flood modelling with ICM/Tuflow, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hydraulic models for water supply networks using Autodesk Innovyze WSPro.
- Perform wastewater and flood risk modelling with Autodesk Innovyze ICM and Tuflow as required.
- Coordinate modelling activities with design engineers and peer groups across India and New Zealand.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior engineers and modelers.
- Review and validate modelling outputs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven hands‑on expertise in Autodesk Innovyze WSPro; experience with ICM or Tuflow is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and water resources engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑regional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil/Water Resources Engineering or related field.
