About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and enforce security controls across the product lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessment initiatives, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigations for AI‑native, cloud‑based services.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to integrate secure coding practices, automated security testing, and continuous monitoring into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and maintain IAM policies, access controls, and identity governance across multi‑tenant environments.
- Develop and deliver security training, incident response playbooks, and post‑incident reviews to strengthen organizational resilience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security architecture, with a focus on cloud and AI platforms.
- Deep expertise in threat modeling, secure SDLC, IAM, and incident response.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent) preferred.
