Product Manager
Lead the insurance product portfolio, driving strategy and delivery in an Agile environment. Own the product vision, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risk and create business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for insurance and risk‑management solutions.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and act as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and compliance experts to translate market needs into actionable features.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with hands‑on experience using Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Understanding of insurance principles, risk‑management processes, and relevant regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
