About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI‑enabled HR solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders—to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and impact, using data analytics and market research to inform decisions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain clear communication of progress and risks to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of product processes, tooling, and metrics to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in HR technology or related domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools and metrics-driven product development.
