The Risk Product team within Payments & Financial Services is dedicated to safeguarding BILL’s ecosystem, enabling innovative and trustworthy payment solutions for customers, and driving business growth in a dynamic regulatory landscape. As Lead Product Manager on the team you will leverage your expertise to shape the future of risk management including credit, fraud, and compliance products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize impactful solutions . This role offers the opportunity to drive key initiatives, influence organizational strategy, and ensure our products not only meet—but set—industry standards for security, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy for risk management capabilities across life cycle flows in payment and financial service offerings
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching features that proactively address emerging risks and evolving requirements
• Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify patterns, opportunities, and vulnerabilities, transforming insights into product enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, risk business owners, operations, customer experience, legal, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Monitor product performance, implement metrics, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and operational results
