About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for the CORE platform, translating institutional needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Engage with educators, administrators, and accreditation bodies to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyze usage metrics and market trends to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Champion an agile culture, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in higher education or related services.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑feature products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
