Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for forecasting tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to translate complex retail data into intuitive, high‑impact product features.
- Lead cross‑functional squads using Agile practices, prioritizing backlog, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in data‑centric or analytics environments.
- Strong background in forecasting, predictive modeling, and retail analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex products on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
