Accountabilities:

As the Lead Product Manager, Everyday Money, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a new product category focused on helping consumers plan, save, spend, and manage their finances. You will operate as a player-coach, combining strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership while guiding a team toward building impactful experiences.

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-phase strategy for everyday financial products, identifying which opportunities to pursue and how they contribute to long-term growth.
• Personally own and deliver product initiatives from discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Build a roadmap that connects multiple products into a cohesive ecosystem that improves user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Lead AI innovation initiatives by exploring and developing agent-driven financial experiences that create new ways for users to manage money.
• Make strategic build-versus-buy and build-versus-partner decisions, collaborating with external partners and financial institutions when needed.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while maintaining ownership of key product areas yourself.
• Partner closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences aligned with broader product goals.
• Develop business cases and investment strategies in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
• Use customer insights, market analysis, and product data to guide prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Navigate complex regulatory and compliance considerations while building consumer financial products.
