About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for employer acquisition, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
- Leverage AI‑driven matching technology and data analytics to identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and measure impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to surface insights and validate product decisions.
- Own product metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate based on performance data to optimize acquisition funnels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or marketplace environments, preferably in talent acquisition or HR tech.
- Proven track record of launching data‑driven features that scale to millions of users.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or similar tools for data exploration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
