The Deliveries team at Grab owns one of the company's largest and fastest-growing business verticals — spanning GrabFood, Southeast Asia's leading food delivery platform, and GrabExpress, our on-demand and scheduled parcel delivery service. Together, they represent Grab's core bet on everyday consumer habits: feeding people, moving things, and moving South East Asia forward.

The Deliveries team owns Grab's food delivery business across Southeast Asia — one of the company's largest verticals and a daily habit for millions of consumers. We operate at the intersection of Consumer Experience, Merchant & Restaurant, Fulfillment, Geo, Payments, and Platform, working closely with country teams across 8 markets including our newest expansion in Taiwan.

Get to Know the Role

As Lead Product Manager, you will own a high-impact product domain. This is a senior IC role for a PM who can drive strategy and execution independently, influence cross-functional decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes at regional scale.

You will report to the Head of Product – Deliveries and work fully on-site in our Singapore One North Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Own a strategic Deliveries domain end-to-end — set the roadmap, drive execution, and deliver business impact across priority markets.
• Lead consumer product work across discovery flows, ordering experience and post-order engagement.
• Ship rigorous experiments: design hypotheses, define metrics, interpret results, and turn them into confident product decisions.
• Translate ground-level signals from countries, merchants, consumers, and support into a sharp, prioritised backlog.
• Create precise PRDs/prototypes, align engineering and design early, and hold a high bar for shipping well-instrumented, resilient products.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 7 years of product management in a high-growth consumer tech business
• AI fluency: Able to run AI-native product workflows and loops
• Strong experimentation discipline: you've run A/B tests that changed product direction.
• Experience shipping across multiple Southeast Asia markets, navigating diverse consumer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Track record of independent, end-to-end ownership — you've run a domain without close supervision and delivered measurable results.
• Strong communicator; able to influence senior business and product stakeholders with structured, evidence-backed narratives.

What Nice-to-Have Skills Will Help

• Experience with on-demand platforms, or consumer marketplace products
• Prior work on new market launches or greenfield product builds.
• Exposure to platform or horizontal PM roles — shared infrastructure, APIs, or cross-product systems.
