About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for client digital experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data analysts to deliver high‑impact features that meet user needs and business goals.
- Prioritize features based on market research, customer feedback, and ROI analysis, ensuring timely delivery through agile sprints.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Measure product performance using key metrics, iterate on solutions, and communicate results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with design teams.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
