Lead the design vision for a FinTech platform, shaping user experiences with AI‑enhanced tools, rapid prototyping, and robust design systems while mentoring cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product design strategy for a fast‑growing FinTech solution, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration and cross‑team collaboration.
- Integrate AI‑driven design tools and workflows to accelerate prototyping, user testing, and visual refinement.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis to inform design decisions and improve conversion metrics.
- Mentor and coach junior designers and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver high‑impact features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in FinTech or related regulated industries.
- Expert proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch and hands‑on experience building design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI or automation tools into the design workflow.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX/UI solutions, rapid prototyping, and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
