About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for an AI‑first CMMS.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science to translate machine‑learning insights into usable UI components.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback to improve operational speed and safety.
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or industrial software.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data‑driven product solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passion for solving real‑world maintenance challenges with AI and automation.
