Lead end‑to‑end product design for provider‑facing solutions in senior living and home care, driving a connected experience across the care placement journey with a focus on UX, research, and design systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and strategy for provider‑centric products, ensuring seamless workflows across senior living and home care.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design solutions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications that guide engineering and product teams.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple provider products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience, preferably in healthcare or related services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design for complex, multi‑user systems.
- Expertise in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping (InVision, Principle).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
