About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for the Consumer Experience, translating complex care decisions into intuitive, emotionally resonant product flows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, product, data, and care experts—to iterate on concepts, prototypes, and final designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to surface insights and validate design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
- Advocate for user needs in product strategy discussions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for diverse family and provider audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience, preferably in health or caregiving domains.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex, user‑centered design solutions.
- Strong prototyping skills (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for emerging design trends and a curiosity about the future of product design.
