Lead end‑to‑end product design for AI‑powered solutions, driving user‑centric innovation across telecom, finance, and public sectors with expertise in UX/UI, design thinking, and advanced prototyping tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for AI‑enabled products, translating business goals into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, product management) to define product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, design systems, and style guides using Figma and other industry tools.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI or data‑centric products.
- Proficiency in UX research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC).
- Deep understanding of design thinking, human‑centered design principles, and design system implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environments and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real‑world problems.
