About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical strategy for production‑grade AI agent platforms on OCI.
- Architect and build scalable inference infrastructure to support large‑scale, business‑critical workloads.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, coordinating design, implementation, and deployment without direct authority.
- Translate ambiguous product goals into durable, executable technical roadmaps.
- Maintain deep hands‑on involvement in code, design reviews, and performance optimization.
Requirements

- Proficiency with Python, OCI services, and scalable inference frameworks.
