Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize platform maintenance strategy across operating systems, hardware, and software infrastructure.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure platform components operate efficiently, securely, and resiliently.
- Advise on best practices for cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure as code implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response processes.
- Mentor engineering teams on platform reliability, scalability, and security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or senior DevOps roles.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong background in CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross‑team collaboration.
