About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available, scalable platform services on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery of platform components and ensure rapid, reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform standards, security controls, and best practices for cloud operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, capacity, and cost across production environments.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem activities to continuously improve platform resilience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles within high‑scale, regulated environments.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration at scale.
- Hands‑on expertise in AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) and IaC with Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, global team.
