About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Piping Engineering & Plant Layout team to deliver fit‑for‑purpose designs across global projects.
- Define, document, and communicate owner requirements to contractors, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Validate design assumptions against operability, safety, and regulatory expectations, incorporating local and regional execution needs.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, drawings, and P&ID documentation to maintain quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate plant layout solutions with overall project objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in piping engineering and plant layout design for industrial facilities.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, P&ID creation, and related design software.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and ISO requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and contractor management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
