About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of generative AI products at scale, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Mentor and manage a cross‑functional team of engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies on cloud platforms.
- Champion innovation by researching emerging AI techniques and integrating them into production systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and AI/ML development.
- Proven track record delivering high‑scale AI products in a production environment.
- Deep expertise in generative models, transformer architectures, and large‑scale model training.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
