Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high‑performance web applications with PHP (Laravel) and React, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
- Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into functional features.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to improve development workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in PHP and React development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end tooling.
- Experience with version control (Git), unit testing, and automated deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
