About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI‑driven workflows and agentic solutions on Palantir Foundry for enterprise analytics.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and machine‑learning models using Python and cloud services.
- Lead a technical team, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure production readiness through CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization in AWS environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data‑ops platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, especially AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and ECS/EKS.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams.
