Software Engineer
Technical leader responsible for designing, securing, and managing OT network infrastructure across a large food‑and‑beverage manufacturing footprint, driving modernization, cybersecurity standards, and cross‑functional engineering initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain secure OT network designs for a multi‑site manufacturing environment.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, setting technical standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring delivery of high‑impact projects.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT groups to define and enforce network segmentation, access controls, and incident‑response procedures.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud‑enabled monitoring, edge computing, and zero‑trust architectures.
- Evaluate emerging OT technologies, conduct risk assessments, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operational technology, industrial control systems, or related network engineering roles.
- Proven expertise in network security, segmentation, and cybersecurity best practices for OT environments.
- Strong background in designing and managing large‑scale network architectures, including VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to build, coach, and motivate high‑performing engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, GICSP, CCNP) preferred.
