Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across multiple programs.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards using Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define metrics, establish performance baselines, and monitor compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, root‑cause analyses, and mitigation planning to ensure mission‑critical operations remain resilient.
- Mentor junior analysts, provide guidance on best practices, and champion a data‑centric decision‑making culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics) with 5+ years of operations or data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and risk management principles.
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and ability to work with sensitive government data.
