Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Master Controls-based building automation solutions, driving HVAC performance, energy efficiency, and system reliability for large commercial projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee Master Controls BMS projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA logic, including ladder diagrams, function blocks, and HMI configurations.
- Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and performance tuning to meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, field engineers, and vendors to deliver on schedule and within budget.
- Document system designs, test plans, and operational procedures for long‑term maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building automation with Master Controls platforms.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder, Structured Text) and SCADA/HMI development.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls, energy management, and BMS integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
