Data Engineer
Lead the Martech data engineering team, architecting and delivering scalable Adobe Experience Platform solutions with Python, SQL, and AWS, while driving best practices and mentoring engineers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines for Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability.
- Lead a small team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data models and ETL processes.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance across all data assets.
- Optimize existing workflows, reduce latency, and improve scalability using AWS services and modern tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Platform.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
- Hands‑on experience designing data models, ETL pipelines, and data lake architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to mentor and lead a technical team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering data solutions that drive business impact.
