About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers to develop state‑of‑the‑art models for predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Implement rigorous model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement practices.
- Mentor junior team members and champion best practices in ML engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven expertise in deploying models at scale on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and feature stores.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
