About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving, using Python and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
- Lead model training, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation, ensuring reproducibility and robustness.
- Deploy models to production environments, monitor performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and drive knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a strong Python background.
- Proficiency in AWS ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue) and containerization (Docker, ECS).
- Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
