At Capital One, we're on a mission to change banking for good. We're looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us develop and deploy cutting-edge General AI solutions.

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of machine learning models and systems that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and systems that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality machine learning models and systems that meet business requirements.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and develop machine learning pipelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for machine learning models and systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on General AI.
• Strong expertise in Python, Go, and AWS.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
