Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine‑learning models for intelligent agreement management, leveraging Python, deep‑learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines that extract, classify, and analyze contract data.
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in model development and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate ML solutions into the Intelligent Agreement Management platform.
- Design scalable, cloud‑native deployments on AWS using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art NLP and deep‑learning techniques, evaluating and prototyping new approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building production ML systems, preferably in document‑centric domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable model serving.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive cross‑functional projects.
- Solid understanding of NLP, information extraction, and MLOps practices.
